The Organisation
Greenspot (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2023, from the P1 Trust t/a Greenspot which was formed in 2006. At Greenspot, we believe technology has the power to disrupt industries and the way we work. As we enter the 4th Industrial revolution, we believe it’s important to embrace these changes and stay ahead of the curve. We’re committed to complimenting organizations on this journey, making work simpler and more productive for organizations and their personal. Through key infrastructure and process digitalization, we aim to help empower organizations with new ways of working centred around modern technologies that fit their unique business needs.
Kevin Seamark, a director, is an accomplished Professional Accountant (SA) with extensive experience and a proven track record. He successfully completed postgraduate in Management at Henley Business School, Reading University, UK and has held key roles as both CFO and CIO in industry over the last 20 years, primarily in the agricultural sector. Kevin has been responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT and technology, including successful implementation and change management initiatives.
Matthew Leslie, a director, has implemented complex digital solutions in a range of industries including agriculture, simulation, and healthcare. With an Honours degree in Information Systems from the University of Cape Town, Matthew has developed a strong proficiency in identifying and implementing solutions to create tangible business value. He prides himself in being committed to staying up to date with the latest advancements in the field and expanding his current skill set.
Greenspot is a Managed Service Provider (MSP), registered Microsoft Partner Network (MPN ) and a Microsoft Cloud Service Provider (CSP).

Align the people, processes & technology so as to steer the business to become an intelligent business to make better decisions, take informed actions, implement more-efficient business processes to meet its purpose and objectives. Which is achieved through enabling and expand the number of people in the business to work and make decisions smarter, faster and better; be more productive with less time and effort; through processes and technology (New Ways of Working).
GREENSPOT EXPLAINED
Greenspot is about delivering "New Ways of Working" through changes & implementations of new processes and technology. Training and learning through technology (eg Learning Management Systems – LMS) so as to grow the number of people in the business in "New Ways of Working".
It is also about empowering and enabling the individual to become smarter, faster and better to work and make decisions.
Greenspot delivers the technology, the required tools, to the people and business (eg Office 365, Azure, LMS, Power Platform, RMM) so as to enable them to become more productive - smarter, faster, better in the "New Ways of Working".
